My former room mate from China made roast sometimes and he would also put some sort of white bag on sp[ices in it and it was also really really good. He would also put whole eggs in with it too. Does anyone know what it is called? Im want to find it at the asian market. thanks!

ajinomoto ? I thought it was MSG. many asian cuisine uses MSG. but in asia country ,MSG is just a one of condiment. not something but for you stuff.
